Exhibitus to Showcase Experience Real at Experiential Marketing Summit 2025 

Company Joins 1000+ Brand Marketers Focused on the Power of Live Events. 

Exhibitus today announced it is excited to present Experience Real at Event Marketer’s Experiential Marketing Summitt 2025. The Experiential Marketing Summit is the event industry’s leading conference for all responsible for the success of live, experiential events, including brand marketers, trade show teams, executives from leading event agencies, meeting planners, event strategists, experience designers, event technology gurus and more. 

Exhibitus will invite event attendees into an immersive environment that echoes all the intimacies and comfort of home. Much like a typical kitchen/dining area where a family would share real talk, laughs and ideas, at Exhibitus’ kitchen table visitors will find engaging conversations, entertaining interactions and compelling, real Exhibitus stories. 

In addition, to further demonstrate the company’s authentic approach to brand engagement, all will be encouraged to riffle through junk drawers, raid snack bins and participate in an eye-opening exchange of goodwill through a selected cause marketing initiative that really hits home – Family Promise.

As a proud sponsor of Experiential Marketing Summit 2025, Exhibitus will participate in the event’s Scavenger Hunt, a game in which attendees scan a QR code to gain points towards a grand prize. To secure the QR Code within Experience Real, visitors will answer a riddle leading to its location. 

Supporting Family Promise 

Each year, Exhibitus selects a non-profit organization to support at industry events. This year’s initiative is Family Promise of Hall County, an organization with the mission of empowering individuals and families experiencing homelessness to achieve sustainable independence by providing wrap-around services. These services include meals, case management, childcare, life-skills classes, and more. 

Attendees at Experiential Marketing Summit 2025 will be encouraged to write inspiring notes on customized magnets addressed to the clients of Family Promise. Once complete, these magnets will 

be displayed as a growing illustration of support over the course of the event. Each magnet represents a donation to Family Promise from Exhibitus on behalf of the participants doing good works for the community. 

Experiential Marketing Summit 2025 will be held April 14-16, 2025, at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas. Exhibitus’ Experience Real will be located at booth #235.
