EDPA Announces Hiring of Kate Waldron, new Program Manager
The Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA) is bringing on a new events and exhibitions leader by hiring Kate Waldron as their new program manager. Kate will be handling engagement with committees and members and will coordinate with the leadership team on content, events, and marketing for EDPA.
Waldron will be working closely with the Executive Director, Dasher Lowe, and various committees focused on key initiatives like advocacy, education, future leaders, workforce initiatives, and sustainability. Kate has plenty of experience leading teams, managing big events, improving member engagement, and coordinating content creation.
Dasher Lowe expressed his confidence in Kate: "Kate comes with extensive experience in the exhibitions and events industry. She's bringing a wealth of knowledge to this role, and I'm eager to see her apply it to EDPA. Her expertise in managing large-scale events and strong communication skills will be a valuable asset for us."
Kate is equally excited: "Working for EDPA is a fantastic opportunity. The association has a long history of excellence. I've loved being a part of this dynamic industry, organizing conferences, and hosting big events. I'm excited about this new role, joining the team, and collaborating with industry leaders to keep things moving forward and exploring new opportunities."
