ACCESS 2024 is being held from Tuesday, December 3rd through Thursday, December 5th, at Hyatt Regency Indian Wells in Palm Desert, CA. We will be celebrating EDPA's 70th anniversary with a focus on "Innovate. Elevate. Collaborate." Join us as we celebrate our rich history and look forward to a future filled with continued innovation, growth, and strong partnerships.

EDPA Foundation Silent Auction – Donate Today
EDPA ACCESS 2024 is weeks away. As you prepare to join us in celebrating EDPA’s 70th Anniversary, please consider your contribution to the annual silent auction at the gala. Remember, the proceeds from the silent auction will help fund the EDPAF programs (the F is for Foundation).
The proceeds from the EDPA gala silent auction fund these and other good works of the EDPAF, and we would appreciate a contribution from your company for the auction, our largest fundraiser of the year. Please consider donating by purchasing an item using this hotlink Amazon.com which will take you to a selection of suggested auction items and allow you to send the item to our collection point. We also welcome unique experiential offerings—vacations, hotel stays, event tickets, etc. And something new! This year, we will offer pre-bidding via an online portal. Also, a few big-ticket items will be auctioned live at the gala. And finally, we will have an app allowing everyone to donate if they miss their initial opportunity.

The EDPA Foundation Scholarship Fund helps industry members and their families pursue study beyond high school. Immediate family members of employees at current EDPA member companies, who have graduated or will graduate high school and have been accepted at a post-high school educational institute, are eligible to apply. What started as a local golf tournament in Las Vegas in 2002 has become an annual fundraiser that to date has provided more than170 scholarships.
Scholarships are awarded based on three categories - financial need, academic achievement and essay/awards/extra credit. All students in our Industry families are eligible. However, financial need is weighed more heavily than the other two areas.
