EDPA's annual event is coming to Nashville and will take place just prior to the opening of ExhibitorLive. Join us for ENGAGE 2024 - happening Sunday, February 25th from 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm. Come aboard Nashville's General Jackson Showboat for an evening of fun including dinner and live entertainment. You will experience Nashville as it can best be seen from the beautiful Cumberland River.

Registration and Exhibit Space Selection Open
Exhibitor Group announced the launch of conference registration and exhibit space selection for EXHIBITORLIVE, the Conference and Exhibition for Trade Show and Corporate Event Marketing, to be held February 25-28, 2024, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN.
EXHBITORLIVE is the industry's highest-rated conference and exhibition for trade show and corporate event marketing. This event will feature an all-new schedule for 2024, including: Sessions, Workshops, and New Certificate Programs! Choose from nearly 100 educational sessions presented by expert instructors to find the solutions to your unique trade show and event marketing challenges, and work towards earning your Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) designation in the industry's only university-affiliated professional certification program.
Launching in 2024, trade show marketers who are new to the industry will enjoy a new All-Day Certificate Program: Exhibiting 101 Basics and Beyond, as well as a new Half-Day Certificate Program: Evaluating Trade Show ROI - Strategies and Tactics. Exhibit Hall Moving to Two Days!
The Exhibit Hall is moving from a three-day schedule (3.5 hours per day) to a two-day schedule in 2024 (5 hours on Tuesday, and 4.5 hours on Wednesday) in response to valuable feedback from our exhibitors and attendees. We hear you! This move will help to drive higher levels of activity and engagement on the show floor during the entire exhibition, while still providing exclusive Exhibit Hall hours that do not overlap with conference sessions.

Two groups will be chosen to present their final exhibit design presentations and a panelist of exhibit industry members will vote on the design they think best meets the creative brief provided at the beginning of this semester.
